F4010-K are based on the principle of laser diffraction (Fresnel
diffraction), with a simple structure that can provide stable and
accurate measurements for a long service time.
4 -axis devices with less bind area, more comprehensive sampling
data to reflect wire actual status. It is very suitable to strict
ovality requirement application.
Applicable to various materials such as electric wire & cable,steel
wire, enamelled copper wire, medical tubing, 3D filament, and more,
regardless of their transparency.
4-axis measurement ,Less bind area
The below figure explains the relation between the measurement
result and nos of axis. The more nos of axis, the less bind area it
is , and measurement accurate will be more accurate.
Single axis sampling frequency of 10 KHz
Sampling frequency can reach to 10KHz due to no motor running speed
limitation,which enables to get more information of the object
under
measurement.
