Adaptability to Harsh Environment
Independent design of case and inside optical parts with a impact
resistance of 10G/6ms, vibration resistance of 10-55Hz/1.5 in XYZ
for 2 hours, preventing the optical parts from damaging.
Individual temperature compensation technology enables the device
measurement results not to be affected by temperature change.
The measurement diameter change will be≤0.001mm if object diameter
is 10mm.
Measurement is accurate even if there is water and dust
Thanks to individual optical system and measurement algorithm, the
measurement data of TL2025D is still accurate at complex
environment.
Environmental adaptability reaches to IP65.Besides,air filter is
available to prevent lens front side from contamination ,ensuring
measurement data is accurate at various extremely complex
environment.
Application
It is applicable to measure the width and thickness of flat
objects, like flat enamelled copper wires,ribbon wires,stainless
steel belts,flat cables. It is also applicable to the measurement
of round object.
Regardless of transparent and nontransparent ,like medical tube,
electrical wires and cables,as well as lump and neck for round
wire.

(1)Set the average number of times to 1150 and measure the ±2σ
value of the round standard rod of diameter 10mm at the measurement
area center;
(2)For object diameter of 10mm, the measurement accuracy is ±2um
when it moves in the center of 8*8mm；
