F2030-K multi-axis laser micrometer, independently developed by
DALA using laser diffraction principles, is designed to provide
high-precision, low-cost, and highly reliable quality monitoring
solutions for industries such as cables, wires, and pipes.
F2030-k utilizes laser diffraction measurement princlpe with a high
accuracy and repeatability.
It supports online measurement of diameter and ovality.
Simple Structure, Easy Maintenance
With a compact design and no moving parts or optical lenses, this
system eliminates measurement accuracy errors caused by prolonged
operation, reduces maintenance procedures significantly by
eliminating the need for maintenance of moving parts, and ensures
long-term stable operation.
Single axis sampling frequency of 5KHz
Thanks to no running parts, the sampling frequency can reach to
5KHz ,which enables to get more information of the object under
measurement.
